• SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers collected through our forms are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes.
• Your phone number is used solely to deliver the SMS messages you consented to receive and to facilitate the services you requested.
• We use Twilio as our SMS service provider. Twilio processes your phone number solely to deliver messages on our behalf and is bound by their own privacy policy and data processing agreements.

9. Disclaimer

• T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
